Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with our spices or goods, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we do not provide return postage.

Injera (Perishable Item):
To ensure freshness, our Injera is prepared and shipped the same day. While shipping delays are rare, they may cause spoilage due to transit conditions beyond our control (such as delivery times and temperature). For this reason, we do not offer refunds or replacements for Injera. Shipping companies also do not insure perishable goods.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • No refunds for delayed, undelivered, or incorrectly addressed orders.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will re-ship spices (not Injera) with additional shipping charges.

  • For items damaged in transit, we do not issue refunds; however, we can either re-ship with additional shipping costs or assist in filing a damage claim with the carrier.

  • If a package is not delivered, we will work with the carrier to track it. If deemed lost, we will file a lost-package claim. Most carriers provide up to $100 insurance for domestic lost or damaged packages.
