Kibe Kimem

Kibe Kimem is a special blend of mixed spices used to make Ethiopian seasoned butter (neter kibe). Ingredients: Korerima, Beso bela, Koseret, ginger, garlic and more. 

Mix one table spoon of Kibe Kimem for two pounds of butter and bring to a boil for 30 minutes at medium heat. Let cool and strain.
